We brought a CPO Aviator in for a chief complaint of a persistent coolant leak. We were told the tech couldn't find a leak. We were also told to 'keep an eye' on the passenger side exhaust flex pipe as it persistent coolant leak. We were told the tech couldn't find a leak. We were also told to 'keep an eye' on the passenger side exhaust flex pipe as it's starting to wear out. It's 7 days later now and the vehicle continues to lose coolant. Tonight. We also looked at the flex pipe that was called to our attention. It is, in fact, completely separated and DOES require warranty replacement. These were disappointing observations after being advised the contrary by the Boucher Lincoln West Bend Service Department. More
