Timmy!! The Works Package for oil change, etc. is a good deal. Customer service is great. Appointment for The Works service was right on time - took just about an hour. In and out with a Ford Mustang GT in less than 2 1/2 hrs Got in and was helped straight away. Got the car for a test drive. Negotiated the price and was out with the car in 2 1/2 hours.
