Gordie Boucher had my vehicle for 2. 5 weeks only to get it back with two concerns not repaired and one concern (cracked seat) poorly, very poorly repaired. Was told that I need to bring 5 weeks only to get it back with two concerns not repaired and one concern (cracked seat) poorly, very poorly repaired. Was told that I need to bring it back only on a Friday because the entry level technician who worked on my vehicle only works Fridays. On top of that, I was told that a wheel that is peeling in 7 places is not bad enough for “Ford” to warranty. Lastly, one of the wheels that was replaced due to peeling clear coat, had the tire mounted backwards and now pulls into traffic. Terrible service. More

The person working on my car never installed a twin-clutch setup. I felt that new parts should have been installed but was told he didn't have new parts so the old bolts on the flywheel were reuse twin-clutch setup.
