Truck was in for an oil change. Technician forgot to put cap on oil fill resulting in check engine light on. Problem fixed by owner. No follow up from service dept. after informing them of issue. Never had an issue before at Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln of West Bend but giving one star for this experience. Also the payment lady would not acknowledge me as I had a question about a dealership service plan and only raised her head when the service rep. brought me my bill. My concern is that there was no follow up for the poor initial service. Hopefully this was an anomaly as I have always received good service at this Ford dealership. More
