I would like to start by saying, I do not judge a dealer mainly on the buying experience but more on how issues/questions are handled post buying experience. I would buy from a dealer who truly cares about mainly on the buying experience but more on how issues/questions are handled post buying experience. I would buy from a dealer who truly cares about the customer and will do what is needed to make things right over any dealer that ONLY has a great sales experience and price because at the end of the day, they will forget about you as soon as you sign paperwork. I bought a truck from this dealer almost 4 months ago and the buying process was good. The highlight of this whole experience was Kayla in finance. She was extremely professional and nice. If it was not for her, I would have lost money from old coverage I had on a vehicle I just sold. She informed me that I was entitled to a refund. She or the dealer had no ties to this vehicle but still wanted to help me understand that separate situation. I have seen a few finance managers in my day and they are all robots it seems. They crank out paperwork, try to sell you on things they say are worth it and you end up walking out paying way more then you wanted for something you didn't want. Kayla was the exact opposite. She gave me ALL of my options and was happy to do so. She also was genuinely concerned with making sure I was happy with my purchase before completing paperwork. Fast forward to almost 3 months later and I found myself back at the dealer because I was having a lot of issues and was not happy with my purchase. Granted the vehicle was 10 years old with 120K miles on it so problems are to be expected. I crossed paths with Kayla and she asked me how I was liking my truck. I explained to her my issues and where I was at and she got Chris involved. To make a long story short, they got me into a newer truck with way less miles and accepted my truck back as a trade in. This could have been done in a way that left me in a lot of negative equity. The dealer helped me out a lot here and I walked away very happy with my financing for my new truck. This is a perfect scenario where the dealer could have said "it's not our problem" but didn't. They said how can we make you happy instead. I had Richard as a salesmen and he was very knowledgeable. The sales experience with him was great! He didn't treat me like I was dumb or try to sell me something I was not interested in. A big factor in me getting into this new truck was Kayla though. She is in finance and did not need to help me find a new truck but did because I asked her what options there were. I actually picked my truck because she pointed it out to me and it was exactly was I was looking for. Kayla and Richard together did great at getting me into my new truck. Of course, Chris and Rebecca helped out a lot too! Overall this was my first experience in which multiple people from different departments came together to help me out and get me into a nice vehicle that I was happy with. My point is, if you want to buy from a dealer that has people that actually care and are not all robots trying to take all of your money, buy here. I will come here whenever I need a new vehicle next. Thanks! More
