2 hours for an oil change? Lost my paper work? Waited 1 1/2 hrs before Monica came to say it would be another 20 min. The previous oil change, I came home and checked und Lost my paper work? Waited 1 1/2 hrs before Monica came to say it would be another 20 min. The previous oil change, I came home and checked under the hood to find lots of bird seed on top of my engine. No one mentioned it. At another time my tires were not rotated. Maybe it’s time to look for another service dealer. More
