Barb was great. My truck didn't get finished getting diagnosed until after parts dept was closed, so she made sure a follow up along with approval from Fidelity and My truck didn't get finished getting diagnosed until after parts dept was closed, so she made sure a follow up along with approval from Fidelity and parts ordered was all taken care of the next business day. Shout out to Chris Flynn and his team, for loaning me a demo car that Dave (I think) was driving so I could make it to my nieces high school graduation. Great service. they had a recall fixed same day I dropped my truck off. Although I wouldn’t recommend waiting for any services here unless your schedule is open, I’ they had a recall fixed same day I dropped my truck off. Although I wouldn’t recommend waiting for any services here unless your schedule is open, I’ve had not so great luck with that in the past. But everyone of the service reps and parts people I’ve talked to has been wonderful, super nice and always helpful. I’ll definitely keep coming here :) More
