The dealership is helpful, friendly, courteous. When there is a problem with your vehicle they try to find the cause. There phone system can be very flustrating. They also where closed the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, but there phone system did not let you know that. So when trying to get ahold of them during regular business hours I just kept getting the run around from an automated system. They had my vechiel for over a week before they even looked at it and I had to call my service manager to find out what was going on, she did not call me. When I left her a voicemail she did not return my call. They had my vechiel for over a month and my service manager only called me once that whole time and that was to leave me know that my vechiel was ready for pick-up. Also I think either she was knew the day I took my vechiel in for my appointment, because she had to find out from another service manager how to look up information about stuff that the dealer had included when I bought the vechiel from them, I told her about having it, but she didn’t know how bring the information up. I requested Mobil One as per prior oil changes. Service girl answering the phone who I made appointment with on 9/11/25 said she would order it for 9/12 am appointment.
