I had a puncture of my tire and it was losing air, as one would expect from a puncture. I called to see if they fixed flats (though I had been meaning to replace the tires in question for a couple months now would expect from a puncture. The service advisor was extremely helpful and accommodating (I’ve spent 7 years of my career working in a new car dealership from sales to sales management before leaving to return to college for a career change, so I understand how hard it is to squeeze someone in on the fly for any service much less at the end of the month). I’ve had multiple good experiences here but this one took the cake and absolutely earned this dealership my business when I look to trade-in my car in a year and a half or so. Great service. More
