The only issue I had is that I requested a vehicle while my car was having the rain guards put on. Being unfamiliar with the Ford F150 that was the only vehicle available so I opted for the courtesy service my car was having the rain guards put on. Brought my 2011 Escape in for a recall with fuel system on Aug 12. Now the vehicle has difficulty starting. Issue started the same day. I use to just turn the key and it would immediately turn on. I now have to wait until Wednesday, Aug 19, for service shop to correct. Service reps were courteous. I don't have any problem with them. I just want the issue resolved as soon as possible. More

Free Oil Change I attempted to use my second of three free oil changes. Upon purchase of my vehicle this was a part of my verbal purchase agreement. I was upset to fi I attempted to use my second of three free oil changes. Upon purchase of my vehicle this was a part of my verbal purchase agreement. I was upset to find out that this was never included on my written vehicle purchase agreement as I was originally told I would receive this service as part of the purchase of my vehicle. I therefore was unable to use my second of three free oil changes and will not have a third available. This was unfortunate and upsetting to find out as I have a large trip coming up that will require this second, and a third oil change upon my return (my plan on using the three free oil changes). This has nothing to do with the service center. The service center worker I had did an amazing job at attempting to locate my free oil changes and was very timely in his work and assistance. I appreciate the assistance I received from my service center worker. More

My last visit to Gordie Boucher Ford will be my final visit (service or sales) I will gladly drive further to another Ford dealer for warranty and recall work and a local mechanic for all other repairs visit (service or sales) I will gladly drive further to another Ford dealer for warranty and recall work and a local mechanic for all other repairs. Clearly service people are commission and do not want to help anyone that is not their customer. Communication is poor,, they only tell you their problems without providing a solution or options. The financial reward coupled with management culture makes the service department an oxymoron. I chose Belal in the required field because he is the manager and is responsible for the department and the culture. More
