When I made the appointment I said the check engine light was on. After the oil change it was still on. I said I thought you checked it. She said engine specialists have to do that and that it will cost me $ was on. After the oil change it was still on. I said I thought you checked it. She said engine specialists have to do that and that it will cost me $165 just to look. This is my second bad experience. Last time after a $500 servicing I was told the tire pressure was great. The tire pressure light went on on the way home. The back tires were 20 pounds low. There was no nail or problem. I called back about that and no one responded. I’m sure they did a good job but my expectations were miscommunicated somehow. Or the service was rushed. Somehow twice I drove home very disappointed. More
