ur service advisor Jessica was great. I truly appreciated the loaner she provided for us since my husband is dealing with cancer and we are in treatment at City of Hope it was a god send I truly appreciated the loaner she provided for us since my husband is dealing with cancer and we are in treatment at City of Hope it was a god send to have the ford edge versus a car that you have to climb into :).There was a delay in getting a part but that was not in Jessica's control but she kept me informed. The only issue maybe I would point out is that keys were handed to me and gentlemen pointed to parking lot and said your vehicle is in those 2 rows. Ok, but there were also customers trying to find there vehicles and truck/car horns were going off so it was tricky locating your vehicle with other horns blaring. Maybe instead of pointing to parked vehicles it would have been nice to have vehicle brought up instead of us following the horns that were going off. More
