We have been using Gosch Ford Service Temecula since 2016 with our first Ford Fusion and now with our second Ford Fusion; Kenn Olson has been our service Rep/writer since our first visit. Kenn is one of the with our first Ford Fusion and now with our second Ford Fusion; Kenn Olson has been our service Rep/writer since our first visit. Kenn is one of the reasons we have continued to use Gosch Ford Service Temecula. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the service capabilities of the Gosch Ford Service Temecula; specifically, he understands which service mechanic or service area should be utilized to make the necessary repairs or service checks for our vehicle which in turn means a smooth, quick turnaround for our vehicle with the service department. Daniel is the first person that greets you when you arrive at the service line to turn your vehicle in for service. He is quick and efficient checking his list of appointments, then make sure to get us to the correct service Rep/writer; and he keeps the line moving. More
