Please acknowledge Ramphis Martinez. I was having trouble hearing this day (I normally wear aids) I let him know this telling him he could yell at me like he does his children. He laughed and said he could never do that. He went out of his way to make sure I could understand everything he was telling me. When my car was finished, he was compassionate at getting my attention in the lobby, because we’re all looking at our phones lol, without embarrassing me. He is a great asset to your dealership.

Sadly I have nothing good to say so far. I purchase a 2020 Lincoln Corsair back on Saturday December 14th, 2024. Two days later I brought back. Two week later on Friday January 3rd I picked More
