Took my Pilot in for a recall on the hood latch. Had to wait a while at check in, but a service person kept me abreast of where I was in the line and apologized for the delay. Hermes' customer service was absolutely amazing, not only was he friendly and kind but he made me feel very comfortable when asking questions about the vehicle I was looking into. He knew just about everythi was he friendly and kind but he made me feel very comfortable when asking questions about the vehicle I was looking into.
