Be careful here I bought a vehicle here that I'm having issue with now. I day after purchase. They have had the vehicle longer than me. Had to bring it back to get a inspection that I was told I had and e issue with now. I day after purchase. They have had the vehicle longer than me. Had to bring it back to get a inspection that I was told I had and everything but the brakes are good. I purchase the vehicle cash. Over 20.000 and I haven't drove it 1day. I'm hoping they fix my issue instead of saying it sold as is. I trusted them for there professional and now I'm having second thoughts about this dealership. I'll keep yall posted on the situation. But as of now I have thousands spent vehicle at another dealership so they can inspect what they said they had already did More

First off, I just want to be clear that Jackie is AMAZING. Great person, very patient and super transparent about everything. Exactly what you would want from the person selling you your car. The dealership on the other hand, was less than desirable. They had a price online for a car, I went in to look at said car and saw there were a LOT of paint chips and scratches. Mostly chips. Car was priced above KBB dealer price recommendationif the vehicle was in great shape. The exterior was not in great shape. Sales manager told me they’d get them fixed to look like they were never there but wouldn’t budge on the price. Wasn’t ideal but I figured Ok. So We go look at more cars. Dealer comes back and says they can’t make the chips and scratches go away and can only use touch up paint (which is essentially a sharpie similar to the cars paint color) and they will be noticeable. That was a let down but my wife wanted this car . I assumed he’d now come down price for sure since it’s now verifiably worth less. Nope. My wife was dead set on this car so we were about to move forward anyways and just get the chips fixed at a body shop when we noticed a baseball sized dent on the front hood that affected how the bumper connected. Looked like a pole or bat came down on it hard. The dealer hadn’t looked at any of these imperfections prior to us finding them. Surely they would cut me a deal now. And STILL no budge on the price. Didn’t matter we were so turned off from the car after seeing the dent. If the sales manager just cut me a deal earlier we would’ve gotten it before we noticed the dent so it kind of worked our. At that point I couldn’t justify spending $5,000+ over what it was valued when the sales manager couldn’t even come down and meet me somewhat halfway. So we looked at similar ones to that vehicle and found another one. Then the one we find and move forward with was advertised as certified pre owned, but we still had to purchase the cpo ? Sales manager said since it was labeled that online they would give me the CPO at their cost. Gee thanks Sales manager tried to tell me they can’t budge on prices of used cars at all because they are listed at a price where they are already losing money. Maybe some of your customers live under a rock. But not all. I know GP ford didn’t roll into an auction and pay 3,000-4,000 over the value of the car. and they def didn’t hook someone up with that much extra on a trade. There’s margin in those used cars so why not just be real about it. If you wanna be one of those “What you see is what you get “ pricing kind of places. Don’t bake extra fees into it afterwards. It should be only TTL. If it wasn’t for Jackie being the coolest car salesman ever and my wife not wanting to go look at any other cars, I would have gone elsewhere. If you find a used car you like on their website be warned of the following… 1. they will NOT come down AT ALL on the price. 2. You WILL end up paying $5,000-$7,000 MORE than the price you see online after they add their “fees” and “add ons” to the quote (I understand TT&L and that’s not what I’m referring to) 3. They won’t honor internet pricing if you don’t finance the vehicle with them using their lenders (I was told they would make an exception for me) 4. GO SEE JACKIE. He’s the only one who made the entire experience bearable. Jackie, you da man! GP Ford, listen to Jackie’s ideas. Do better. More

Very attentive and helpful. I was just too busy and out of town with work to make it to the dealership in time to look at truck before it got away.
