How business of you. NOT! If you guys gave a s***, then our salesperson Brenda would have done reached out to even check on us after her return from "Canada" you know, where the internet/cell service doesn't exist. You guys would have offered to take the truck back-which by the way is still in the shop cause that wonderful MPP insurance won't pay for a new motor like the local dealership recommended. Maybe if your service department had done what they said and checked it all out, we wouldn't be having this problem. I think that it is sorry for YOUR dealership to sale a used truck for the price you sold it at (our fault for buying) whether you knew it was a xxx or not and no offer nor any help with what to do speaks volumes for your customer relations. My husband has lost so much work from the 14th of July to now for not having a work truck. You people don't care as long as you get paid your commissions. I will make sure to let as many people as I can know not to purchase anything from your dealership. NOTHING BUT CROOKS!
