My name is Mike and I recently signed off on a 2021 Forester lease with Afiza and it was a great experience. From my initial visit to the dealership, I found that Afiza created a no pressure atmosphere. She is deeply knowledgeable with the product and was readily available to answer any questions I had as I was comparing the new 2021 models to the competition. There were plenty of times over the course of my intense 4-month research process that Afiza could have used the typical phrase “what can we do to get you in the vehicle today” but she did not which is refreshing in today’s purchase environment. As I was still on the fence on making a decision between a couple of vehicles Afiza took down my preferred color and trim and was able to assist me with reserving the vehicle so I could make the purchase on a time that fit my schedule. On the day of the purchase I spent nearly the entire day with Afiza on negotiating price and she was very patient and willing to work with me to achieve the monthly lease payment I was looking for. Even after a long sale /lease process Afiza was willing to give me a walk through with the features of my new vehicle which I gladly accepted and it was very helpful. I would recommend Afiza if you want a no pressure buying experience. More
