Great salesperson, finance.......eh Afiza was wonderful to work with. We showed up at a very busy time, closer to closing, and she was still able to take care of our needs. With an internet price in hand, the whole process took about an hour and a half. She was very thorough with all options available to us, and explained everything well. Definitely recommend her. Finance department? Eh. Tried to get us at a higher rate to make that extra dough. After a couple of "calls" to the bank (c'mon now, bank? Calls?) we got a deal which we thought was fair, with the dealer making more than enough on our sale. This is every dealer, but if I didn't mention it, I'm not being honest. Our final interaction while signing papers was pleasant. All options explained well, papers signed, on our way. Without the finance department while figuring out our payments, a 5 star experience. With the finance department, a 3.5 star. More

Brianna went the extra mile to help me find the Outback XT with the options that I wanted. We discussed pricing and all the options ahead of arriving at the dealer and we were done and driving away within 90 minutes of arrival in our new car. Afiza is Amazing! We called super last minute a day before asking about what cars they had in stock. She was ready on time for our appointment and gave us the FULL rundown of the vehicle. All the bells\whistles even compared it to the other models available. She was very knowledgeable of the car and Subaru itself, which was wildly helpful as we have never had a Subaru before. Every question we had, she had an answer. We really appreciated it. Afiza made it impossible to not move forward. She worked with us and we ended up going home with the best car ever! We love it so much. In addition to the great customer service from Afiza, Linda was also amazing. She really worked it out for us in the best way possible. Our pricing was upfront, and no one else would give me an exact price without coming in. I do not live close to the dealer, but it was absolutely worth it. Everyone at the dealer was polite and helpful and seemed to enjoy being there. I would recommend Nealy and this dealer to anyone looking for a Subaru.
