Extremely pleased with our recent purchasing experience! It took about four hours to complete the sale, including processing our trade-in, but in the end we drove away happy in our new Outback. After going back and forth with other dealers in the area, the no-haggle process provided at Grand was refreshing. Grand was transparent throughout every step of the transaction. We never felt like they were trying to upsell us on products we didn't want. You'll be hard pressed to find a dealer offering better prices and customer service than Grand Subaru. More

I bought my new Subaru Forester mid January 2025 from Grand Subaru, instead of going to my local Subaru dealership near my home, I decided to go with Grand Subaru. Because of the email Chase (sale rep) s Grand Subaru, instead of going to my local Subaru dealership near my home, I decided to go with Grand Subaru. Because of the email Chase (sale rep) sent, I was able to basically negotiate the deal via email and they offered me the best deal I was able to find. He was kind, honest, and straight to the point. I met up with him in person and he was not at all pushy and seemed to really care about my concerns and questions. There no surprise in cost or him trying to upsell me extras as we basically communicated everything via email. I was there for a while, but that is to be expected as a lot of it was just paperwork and not them trying to haggle me or take advantage. Grand Subaru has great ratings for a reason and they seem to be a very trustworthy dealership. It was definitely worth the extra drive as they have earned my trust and will be a returning customer.
