We were treated with respect by everyone and we mean everyone we came in contact with. We have been buying cars for over 50 years and this was the best purchase ever. Al, the extended warranty person was no pressure. We did not feel like we were being "sold" anything. I told him that, and that he was the best sales person ever to try to fool us, or the best sales person ever because he wasn't trying to fool us.
