On 12/28/22 - I found this dealership online and requested more information on a 2017 Subaru Forester. I was contacted quickly by email by Afiza. On 12/31/22, I drove from Milwaukee WI area to this requested more information on a 2017 Subaru Forester. I was contacted quickly by email by Afiza. On 12/31/22, I drove from Milwaukee WI area to this dealership(almost two hours) to test drive a 2016 Subaru Forester and 2016 Outback. Both cars were excellent but I decided to purchase the Outback. Afiza's customer service was absolutely EXCELLENT. She's not pushy, very pleasant and she was dream to work with. More

Jason was very polite, answered all my questions and was very helpful with my "trade-up" to a new Ascent. If there is any criticism of this dealership, its the length of time that it takes to actually tran very helpful with my "trade-up" to a new Ascent. If there is any criticism of this dealership, its the length of time that it takes to actually transact the business. I sat in the dealership for 4 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon. People simply should not have to wait that long. More
