I have always received outstanding service from Granite Subaru. I recently had a scheduled oil change service and received the complimentary car wash but was delighted to discover that they went the extra Subaru. The problem came after I purchased the vehicle and asked for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phon for the spare key. The dealership told me they lost it and promised they would sent “their key guy” to my house to program a key. After weeks of phone calls, they have stopped answering me. Now after buying a $60k vehicle, I have to pay for a replacement key and reprogramming for a spare key that they lost. Beware - this how much they care about you. More
