Absolutely fantastic customer service from Jackie Dempsy. Who is Jason Scharn? I went into the web site looking for Jon S's e-mail address, but nothing was shown so I completed the "contact me." Was told and paid for a registration runner. Was assured they would take care of everything. On day 7 the MA grace period expired and I couldn’t drive the car. No sorry, no loaner, just rude. Tried to speak with several Managers, got nowhere. Wasn’t allowed to talk to owner. Sent an email trying to recover the relationship, no response. Will not set foot in there again. More
