We discovered an issue with our vehicle and scheduled an appointment (also to fix a recall issue). Dropped truck off and my wife was given a courtesy ride to work and was told it would take a couple of hours for the repair. This is why we have had ford trucks for over 30 years because of this customer service everywhere we have lived. After waiting over FIVE hours with no call from the service department, we were informed that they couldn't figure out the issue and they would need to keep the truck. Perfectly fine until we were advised we could not have a loaner and we would have to pay for a rental from them. In multiple states, with multiple ford service locations this was a first. Needless to say we will no longer use Greene Ford for any reason. Sorry Grover, we looked forward to working with you in January. More
