I had my car towed to the dealership because car wouldn't start. My car was very clean. They pushed my car with this walk behind electric pusher for vehicles. Well that machine push my whole bottom bumper loose, to include the right side fog light and left black sticky oily marks across the front bumper. They did fix my car is the only thing positive. I received my car with white dust all over it and my drivers floor mat had big white boot prints on it, they supposed to put a paper mat down. Looking at my car looking that awful put a bad taste in my mouth, I was too frustrated to even check my car there, so I immediately brought the car home and started washing it and discovered I had to jack the car up and take off the bottom cover to assemble back my bumper and fog light. First, they lost my Keats and I had to wait 45 minutes before they found the. Second, she lied to me. I attempted to open the hood to check everything out (because the last I was there, there was a half e before they found the. Second, she lied to me. The hood would not open, so I told her and she said ' it must have been like that when you came in, we didn't even open the hood'. The work done required that the negative side of the battery had to be disconnected. Apparently she thinks people are stupid and don't know that. It took them an additional 30 minutes to get the hood open and fix the issue. Third, my electronics were screwed up ( clock unable to reset). Once again she told me that it must have been like that when I brought it in. I always take pictures of everything on my car when I go there for service because of my last experience, so I knew she was lying to me again! They had me wait another 2 and a half hours trying to g to fix the issue and stated that I would have to come back and they would have to do a factory reset. More
