Mark, I believe you have already expressed that there's nothing else you will do to help in regards to this issue. I think it is worth mentioning that the car was at your dealership in 2023 with an important active recall open. It wasn't suggested that this recall wasn't completed while we clearly understood differently. It's pretty upsetting that the car was denied a costly repair today when this recall update could have been preformed during that 2023 visit.
