This review is for Josh Ryoo. Came in about a year ago to test drive couple vehicles and he was relaxed. Let us test drive in private and answered all our questions back at the dealership. He was honest and upfront about the vehicles from his point of view. Came back this year with an offer from another dealer I got through Trucar and did his best to match it and get close. I paid couple hundred dollar more but he was very upfront about all the standard dealer charges. He was able to get us the car we wanted and took off non essential dealer charges and threw in additional services. He did not pressure us to buy anything but suggested an extended warranty with the reasoning due to increase in part prices. Overall, smooth, solid transaction and because our family needed another car, came back next day to buy another one through him. His calm, cool demeanor and honesty got us to trust him to purchase TWO Palisades within 12 hours. Will do business again with Josh Ryoo. More
