Always good to have an efficient, boring, unexciting visit to the car dealer when it is for service. When your car is 10 years old and it passes inspection with flying colors and you walk out only payin visit to the car dealer when it is for service. They also highlight the friendly like family staff and a comfortable waiting room. Sitting watching TV in front of the fire on a snowy, wintery day is not a bad way to wait for your car while it is serviced! Thanks Steve, Jeff and team for all that you do! More

I've been a customer of Griffin Ford since the 70's and have had my cars serviced there as well which tells you I'm pretty satisfied with their work. I own a 2017 Ford Escape and had an appointment at my dealership for an oil change at 6:00 pm. I also mentioned that I was hearing a flapping noise underneath the right front passenger side when I reac dealership for an oil change at 6:00 pm. I also mentioned that I was hearing a flapping noise underneath the right front passenger side when I reached speads of 40 mph and above. I was told it was the splash shield and it was an "easy fix". Apparently there was only 1 service tech doing oil changes that evening and he was running short on time because even though I was told he had looked at the splash shield and allegedly tightened it, as soon as I left the dealership and started driving, the flapping noise started up again. Consequently, I called the dealership the next morning to make another appointment to bring the car back so that they can take it for a test drive, hear the noise that I explained to them, and hopefully fix it. I have ususally had good service when I've taken my vehicle there, so I'm willing to give them another chance to fix the problem correctly. More

Not confident they can fix an issue without a check engine light and a fault code. Called about a drivability issue, explained that I was really trying to avoid having a “cannot reproduce the problem” engine light and a fault code. Called about a drivability issue, explained that I was really trying to avoid having a “cannot reproduce the problem” diagnosis. Was told the earliest appointment would be a week away. I brought it in, re-explained the issue to the service writer and got a call an hour later only to learn that they could not reproduce the problem. I picked up the vehicle and the problem occurred twice on my short drive home. More
