Actual, Sincere, Feeling of the desire to want to help me. The attendant was knowledgeable and precise about the cost and estimated time I would be there. Both very important to me. Only after a few short minutes I was approached with an estimate. Which I agreed to. In a short time after while enjoying my favorite morning TV broadcast of CNN, and sampling the very well stocked snack bar and beverage center. I was again brought up to speed about my car. I was treated with utmost respect, honesty, courteousness. Overall a great visit. Upon leaving grounds and curb appeal was very well kept and clean. My car is running perfectly after it's routine maintenance. More

Service Thought I had a front end problem after I performed a complete brake job & tire rotation. Had a vibration between 60-70. Took CRV to Gunn Honda - go Thought I had a front end problem after I performed a complete brake job & tire rotation. Had a vibration between 60-70. Took CRV to Gunn Honda - gold team Forrest Smith. Service team did analysis, determined that front tires were out of round. Wrote out analysis which helped me get these tires replaced. In addition, performed warranty work on LF door actuator, which I knew nothing about. All around, great service, great people. More

It was cool inside, comfortable chairs, TV with the latest news, delicious coffee, a donut for breakfast, newspaper to read, and most of all a massage for my aching back. Add all that to the very polite and knowledgeable Donny Penn who took my car away and kept me informed about the procedures being done and you have a very satisfied woman. Of course I wouldn't have chosen to be at a service spot in the first place but happily my Accord was repaired, the price was less than I expected, and the morning was pleasant.
