Customer service and communication at this dealership is horrible. I had an issue with my car that took three visits for resolution. Each time I experienced little to no update or status. The second visi horrible. I had an issue with my car that took three visits for resolution. Each time I experienced little to no update or status. The second visit they kept my car for three days with no loaner car offered. Third visit I had to ask for a loaner, but at this point no one would even greet me. I also used the feedback through text that the dealership requested and never heard back e.g if you need anything during your visit don’t hesitate. Poor management at its core and makes me want to switch off a VW branded car. More

Service was excellent there was one very small problem that I had. The tech accidently spilled fuel in the vehicle and didn't say anything. Called the dealer and the detailed my car for fee and got rid of that I had. The tech accidently spilled fuel in the vehicle and didn't say anything.
