Pretty Good Experience I came to the dealership for a 2017 Dodge Durango Citadel, as I found it online and it "checked all my boxes." It was a 2 hour drive to the dealershi I came to the dealership for a 2017 Dodge Durango Citadel, as I found it online and it "checked all my boxes." It was a 2 hour drive to the dealership from Pittsburgh, PA, but I really wanted this specific vehicle. Our salesperson, Michael Fulvimar, couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating! I really enjoyed his great charm and ability to have a friendly conversation. I'd come back just for him alone!!! The only issue that occurred had nothing to do with our awesome salesperson, but more with someone who was handling the cleaning the vehicle after the purchase. Somehow, the glove compartment door was broken during the cleaning process, and the dealership tried to fix it for about 2 hours or so as we sat there waiting. It was only after this time that I was informed that the glove box door would be replaced, but that I'd have to come back (remember my 2 hour drive) in a week to have them replace it (at their cost). I think that a gift card covering my gas for the 4 hour round-trip would've been very classy, and showed an appreciation for all the time that I took for a repair that I didn't cause! Also, I sent an email regarding this issue to Brent Steed (on 12/22/19) that went unanswered!! Again, it was a 5 star experience all the way if we're only looking at Michael Fulvimar......he's the absolute best!!! More
