Manufacturer recall on my vehicle. Manufacturer recall on my Jeep Patriot. I did not purchase the vehicle from this dealer but it was the closest available location with no long waiting Manufacturer recall on my Jeep Patriot. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, fast service, updates provided while I waited and a comfortable quiet place to wait. The replacement took about 2 hours which is what had been advised at the beginning. They did a complimentary check up on my vehicle and found that I was in need of front brake replacement. I knew they were close to needing it but the price they quoted for just the front I can have all 4 replaced. I realize that for some people its a convenience thing but I would rather save money - I can take my vehicle somewhere else to save that kind of money. It wasn't a negative thing about the dealer just too expensive. More
