When I walked in the door Mike Teter was there to help. He shared with me all the features of the car I was looking at and let me take a drive (by myself). After that he was so pleasant to negotiate with- both the trade-in price and the eventual sales price. I was there from out of state so I didn't want to have to drive back another day.
