Terrible service department My car was damaged on 2/16 at Haasz in Ravenna during an oil change. I called the dealership as soon so I noticed the damage. I was sent to voice mail My car was damaged on 2/16 at Haasz in Ravenna during an oil change. I called the dealership as soon so I noticed the damage. I was sent to voice mail and never got a call back. On 2/20 I finally got to speak to Kim, the service manager. She told me she would review camera footage and get back to me. After sending her a picture of the damage and calling again, I still have not heard back from her after almost 24 hours. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership and service department, but this makes me very angry and disappointed. They damaged my vehicle and they don't want to own up to it! More
