Was yo have a trailer hitch put on, my husband sat for 3 hours ..,( after he drove 40 minutes to get there) they came and told him.,, can’t do today , they had to reschedule appointment, this appointment wa hours ..,( after he drove 40 minutes to get there) they came and told him.,, can’t do today , they had to reschedule appointment, this appointment was scheduled and rescheduled 3 times!!! We bought this hitch on 06/08.., finally got it installed on 07/31. Then I look at my paperwork, I was charged $362.00 at Haasz and Uhaul Bill was $224??? I don’t know what has happened to the service department??? I used to rave about Haasz.., it’s too bad!! We choose To drive 40 minutes, because of the great service... purchase 3 card from them!!! More
