We were greeted at the door right away by Mr. Williams and he was so kind and informative. He didn't rush or push us through. Mr. Williams listened to what I wanted and we test drove the car. I wanted a white car but when I saw the ugly three colors of interior I hated it. Mr. Williams explained they would find one with all black interior and he did. The finance gentleman was so nice and explained everything to us. We had a very pleasant experience. My husband and I are 69 years old dreaded car buying. Hagerstown made it very relaxing and fun.
