Other dealers resisted giving me price information and, once they did, they couldn't beat Hagerstown's price. Ian was responsive and never pressured me to make a purchase before I was entirely ready (I take my time and do a LOT of research before buying a vehicle). Once I got there, Eric was patient while I picked a color, and a few hours later, I was home with my new vehicle. More

A formerly loyal customer. You think that would mean something. Nope. I wrote to the online sales manager and ec explained exactly what I was looking for and how much I was willing to pay. He writes come on in and we can work that out. I come, restate exactly what I wanted to a sales manager and salesman. I want for 45 minutes to be told the Honda I purchased from them and which all required maintenance has been performed by them was worth $3k below the Kelly blue book stated value. Then quoted a price and monthly payment $250-$300 above what I had explicitly said I wanted when I wrote to them and reiterated upon arrival. Angry I said no thanks. Please get my vehicle and take it to service for an oil change. It gets worse. I show the Mechanic a coupon for the oil change and he says great. 45 minutes later I ask about my car sitting in the bay right where the salesman left it. The Mechanic asked Me what's it doing there? I was shocked. He said it should be in a different bay. I took my keys and left. No one in their right mind should have any dealings with this dysfunctional out fit. Toyota here I come. More
Great Experience! My first contact was with the internet division which was very prompt in getting back with me on the vehicle that I had inquired about. Unfortunately, it was being sold to another customer as I walked in the door. Any way, I was open minded about another Honda CRV that was older with more miles. I met with Blake Davis and we went over some of the options in their lot and I test drove the car and liked it but wanted to talk with my husband and check on some other options first. Blake was a new salesman there and had a pleasant personality and was not pushy but instead he listed to what I was looking for and helped me to locate it. He followed up with me on another appointment that I was not able to make and we rescheduled. He was extremely customer service oriented and was nice to deal with through the process. The finance guy was nice and helpful too. My only complaint would be how long it took from the time I decided on purchasing the car to finalizing it. They were very busy that evening and had made apparently around seven sales so that did explain the long wait. I didn't leave until about 1030 pm on a Tuesday night. I would recommend this dealership and Blake to others and will keep them in mind on our next purchase. More

The thing I noticed the most was the salesmen/saleswomen were not pushy and trying to sale me just anything, they let me make my decisions with ease. The staff also explained everything in fine detail, the financial, which included; the loan, the warranties, and where my money was going. The staff also help me with operations of everything in the car, helped me set up my Bluetooth as well as taking his time just for me. The best part was, the staff made me feel important. More
