Hagerstown Honda began operation in November 1990 and moved from our temporary location on Frederick Street to the I-70 Auto Mall in July of 1991. Many of our original 12 associates are still members of the Hagerstown Honda team as are many that joined our growing operation in the early 1990s. We are very proud that so many of our associates in all departments remain part of our organization.
In 1997, we added KIA vehicles to our product offerings and completed our new Honda building in 2000, which is twice the size of the new building completed in 1991. We have been very fortunate that many of our customers continue to buy their new and used vehicles from us year after year. We have grown to become one of the top Honda dealers nationwide and with over 3,000 customer deliveries each year, Hagerstown Honda is western Maryland's largest automotive dealer.
As we continue to grow and expand on our 15 acre complex, our goal is always to serve our customers' better. The internet has allowed our new customers to learn more about our service, our inventory and our commitment to customer satisfaction before they drive on the lot. The internet has also allowed our existing customers to make service appointments, purchase parts or just learn more about the exciting new products that come from Honda and KIA every year. Great experience I was dreading buying a new car being it was the first time to do it on my own. John was knowledgeable, personable and made the whole experience easy. I was dreading buying a new car being it was the first time to do it on my own. John was knowledgeable, personable and made the whole experience easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and added additional information about the car/process. There was no high pressure to buy. Though the process is time consuming John made the time pass quickly. Darin was knowledgeable with the paperwork and explained everything well. No complaints We've been working with Justin and the guys at Hagerstown Honda for a few years and we've been repeatedly pleased with the the experience. When we fir We've been working with Justin and the guys at Hagerstown Honda for a few years and we've been repeatedly pleased with the the experience. When we first looked to replace our cars we tried many major dealerships in the area and met many sales people. Justin was personable without being clingy and knowledgeable without seeming superior. He balanced the very different needs of husband and wife and got us into cars we loved. It was a no-brainier to return to Hagerstown Honda and ask for Justin again when it was time to replace our leased vehicles and purchase a new family car. After we drove off with our cars Justin kept in touch to make sure that we were satisfied and help with our plates when they arrived. We're so glad that our paths crossed! More

He took the time to know me and my needs and match me up with the van that had the features I wanted, but without trying to get me to buy more car than I wanted or needed.
