They are the most honest, caring, friendly, patient, knowledgeable people I have EVER dealt with. My salesman, Todd Haupt, was so wonderful to deal with. No matter how many tines he had repeat everything to me (and there was a lot) he was patient, gentle and took time to explain everything until there was no doubt as to what I just purchased. Ian, Dave and Jessie (I hope this is her name in finance) was so great to deal with. It is hard for me to remember all the names of these great people, but I thank God above for having the privilege to meet and deal with them. I will tell everyone to go to Hagerstown Honda for trust worthy deals and good honest people to deal with, who really do care more than just selling a car, they are there to make you happy and to work within your budget. New Vehicle Lease I came into the dealership wanting to trade in my 2008 vehicle. I wasn't dead set on financing or leasing, but after talking with Angelo and going over different options and vehicles, we went with a lease. We are now leasing a brand new 2014 Honda Pilot. I never thought this could happen! I have always said that I would have a Pilot one day because I just LOVE them! Angelo very patiently explained things to me and my husband, and never seemed irritated or annoyed at my one million+ questions. He was very polite and nice. He took time to explain all the new features of the Pilot, and even helped me hook my phone up with the Bluetooth. I've never had such a pleasant buying experience, and Hagerstown Honda now has a lifelong customer in my husband and me! More

After Joy and I talked it over, we decided to purchase a Civic if the price was right. Matt went over the incentives we were entitled to such as free oil changes. He took our leased CRV into the service center to see what allowance we could get when purchasing the Civic. We were very pleased with the offer that was presented to us for the purchase of the Civic. Our other experience with the financial portion of the visit were also excellent.
