Jim McConville is a great sales person. He and I talked about the different cars and I told him the options that I wanted and he went and got a car for me to "try out." It was perfect. We spent a lot of about the different cars and I told him the options that I wanted and he went and got a car for me to "try out." It was perfect. We spent a lot of time together and even though he was supposed to leave at 3:00 on Monday, he stayed until around 6:00 and waited for my son to get off work and to bring the car we were trading in. He didn't need to do that, as someone else could have easily handled that minor transaction. There are several really good reason why we have purchased six Kias from Halleen Kia. I have never experienced any high pressure sales tactics from any of the sales people, the dealership offers a variety of financing opportunities and can explain which is your best bet based on how you want to pay for your vehicle. I would most definitely recommend Jim and Halleen Kia to friends and family. More

Jim was so incredible!!!! I was very nervous about leasing a new car. I had so many questions and reservations. I have visited many dealerships in recent days. My favorites were the Kia, Lexus, and Su leasing a new car. I had so many questions and reservations. I have visited many dealerships in recent days. My favorites were the Kia, Lexus, and Subaru. Jim really helped to calm me, and provided me the info about the car that helped me to make make my decision. I had so many questions. Other sales reps at other dealers were very impatient with me. But not Jim. He showed me every detail on the car. And answered every question with kindness and an understandable explanation. He really had to go above and beyond, because I was pretty demanding. And I know that reps don’t make much commission from leases. Which goes to show how wonderful he is that he took so much time we me and my family.
