I made it earlier than expected, he showed me a Grand Highlander that met all of my wishlist (and much much more), got me a great number on my trade and still didn’t pressure when we started talking numbers. It’s very refreshing to be given time to make a decision. I hadn’t intended to purchase that day. I thought I was going to make a future deal…I got lucky! I was introduced to the service department and told where to go for anything I’ll need. Candace in the financing department was also amazing…very good explanations and no pressure! I have no doubt that anything I’ll need will be handled! More
We had a disappointing experience with this dealership, particularly due to the actions of the manager. A week prior to our return visit, we had received a written quote for a vehicle from another manager particularly due to the actions of the manager. A week prior to our return visit, we had received a written quote for a vehicle from another manager and a salesperson. Based on that agreement, we sold our existing vehicle in preparation for the purchase. However, when we came back to proceed, The manager dismissed the previously agreed-upon pricing in an unprofessional manner, even referring to it as “xx” while speaking in hushed tones. He then disrupted the transaction by turning off the salesperson’s computer, effectively preventing us from placing a deposit on the vehicle we had selected. When we returned again in an effort to move forward, we found that the numbers had changed significantly, with no clear explanation. Throughout our interactions, The manager chose to speak about us indirectly with other staff instead of addressing us openly and respectfully. The entire experience left us feeling misled and disrespected. More
