I was told very clearly by my sales rep in 2015 that at the end of my 3 year lease I could purchase my vehicle at new car interest rates. That was a significant factor in my doing the lease with Hampton. That is not true. I went in last week to purchase my Highlander. I got used car rates based on my vehicles age and mileage. My recommendation to everyone - get it in writing! The finance guy - Charles Boatman was great though. More
