Unfair call I was at one of Hampton Toyota’s sister companies on Johnston street at lunch today. I test drove the vehicle that I was looking for. My experience in I was at one of Hampton Toyota’s sister companies on Johnston street at lunch today. I test drove the vehicle that I was looking for. My experience in this vehicle was excellent. Not long after lunch I decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle I test drove. We went through the credit application process with the promise to return to the dealership shortly after 4. My salesman whom took care of our needs could not find the vehicle I test drove hours before. After much investigation we found the vehicle was picked up and brought to Hampton Toyota even after I completed the credit application with my salesman. We were told the vehicle was pulled for another customer yet it was still on premises at 5:30. It appears Hampton Toyota has NO regards to the customers of their sister lots. I strongly discourage any future business with Hampton Toyota. Regards, Family of 5 More
Service dept is possibly worse I have dealt with If not for Jamie and Tosha I would trade my car at another dealership just not to have to deal with service dept. Oh and don’t try to reach Mr Hampton If not for Jamie and Tosha I would trade my car at another dealership just not to have to deal with service dept. Oh and don’t try to reach Mr Hampton himself because your call is re-routed to someone else. Thank you Jamie and Tosha but I do t find it funny when sold something and service dept finds it comical and tells you “they tell everyone that” but this isn’t covered. And for God’s sakes don’t ask for a little help when you are in a bind even if it is medical. Again, Jamie and Tosha are WONDERFUL I just wish Mr Hampton would return his calls himself so he can hear the good and bad. Service finds customer misleading is just so funny. BLESS YOU JAMIE AND TOSHA. I’m sorry you have to answer for everything. Mr Hampton should hear from customers himself. More
