I had a great experience at Handy. The salesperson was knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. I went thinking I was picking up a white Rav 4 but Jordan Kehaya knew I really wanted a black, wh knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. First of all, let me start out by saying I am a motor enthusiast and enjoy test driving cars and interacting with dealerships to see what their sales people are like and how they operate. So it’s fair to enthusiast and enjoy test driving cars and interacting with dealerships to see what their sales people are like and how they operate. So it’s fair to say I know a thing or two about car dealers and sales people. I tend to own my cars for a long time because I despise payments. However I keep up on the industry always shopping for my next potential vehicle that I’ll keep for the next 10 years. I began my process literally a few years ago. I narrowed my search to a few different vehicles but settled on the RAV4 Hybrid Limited. I touched base with many dealerships not only in Vermont but all around the Northeast. After all my research and interactions with dealerships, one stood out among the rest—Handy Toyota in St Albans. The salesperson assigned to me, Adam Bentley, was knowledgable, intelligent, professional and very easy going. In order to purchase I had to first sell my car and I’d have buyers flake out on me at the last minute. Adam was understanding. He assured me when the time was right he’d earn my business both on offering the best pricing and financing but also in going the extra step of answering any questions or concerns I had. He truly understands that the car buying experience can be daunting, and just has the perfect personality to make the process not only easy and non threatening but truly the enjoyable one you yearn for when making such a large decision. In fact the entire team at Handy was a pleasure—Danielle Roberts’ knowledge about Toyota and services is jaw-dropping impressive; Aaron Root is an instant friend who makes financing a breeze. And again Adam Bentley is perfect in organizing the entire buying process. I’ve never owned a Toyota. The team at Handy has really made it easy to love the brand and makes me want to shop their dealership for future vehicle needs.
