Told me it was a 4 hr job until i got there. Then reduced it to 20 minutes. Then they hounded me for a review. The job was done. I do not know the quality because I’m not sure what they did. I typically give 3 or 4 unless it was an exceptional job. Most places are not fond of those so i often don’t respond. I don’t like being hounded, so they lost a star for that. More

The service at Hansen motors is professional, precise and trustworthy. They always make sure I understand what needs to be taken care of and give me options to accomplish the task.
