Best buying experience of any vehicle I've owned. Jordan Reed and Tyler Cutler were amazing to work with. They created a very comfortable atmosphere with now pressure as you would find at other dealer Jordan Reed and Tyler Cutler were amazing to work with. We were confident in our purchase and knew that we would not only be taken care of on the day of the sale but for years to come. The warranty on the powertrain and technology is an amazing offer up to 10 years/150,000 miles. I would recommend Hansen to anyone looking for a GM vehicle in Utah/Southern Idaho. We felt invigorated and empowered as a consumer instead of exhausted from the games and run around that some other dealerships give. I would give 6 stars if I could for the all-star team at Hansen!! I took my car to get the power steering repaired. I took my Ford Fusion into the dealership to get the power steering fixed. The GM delearship recognize that the defective part make be covered by an I took my Ford Fusion into the dealership to get the power steering fixed. The GM delearship recognize that the defective part make be covered by an extended warrently. They called the Ford dealer and found that indeed it was covered by the expteded warrenty and took the car to the Ford Delearship where it would be fixed under warrenty saving me the repair costs. Worth the Drive I live in Salt Lake City, but opted to buy from Hansen in Brigham City (1 hour away).
