The great service I've always gotten from both the Hansen sales team and the service department are what keep me coming back to them. Bought a used 2011 pickup truck. There was no pressure as Jake explained the "out the door" price after fees, registration, etc.. Purchased and drove the truck home the next day. Came back a couple weeks later for a scheduled service and to pick up my reg/license plates.
