Any little thing that needed to be done to get this car in tip top shape was offered and done with a smile. I was not at all surprised by the extra things done to make the car just right because this is how things are done at Harbro. Every time I go in I am made to feel like Family. From Sales to Service Harbro is TOPS. Dan was our Salesman - from the moment we met we were like old friends. While there I met Ethan, what a nice guy!!! He even went out of his way on his vacation to bring back some brochures from Disney my boyfriend mentioned he was interested in. Bob and John down stairs in Service - Excellent every time I go in for regular maintenance they are super friendly and informative. Everyone At Harbro is just that way. This is how buying ANYTHING is supposed to be!! I don't know about most people, but if they're anything like me, the term "Used Car Dealer" makes me cringe. Doing battle with a new car dealership is one thing--but a used car lot? Thanks...no. That is until I decided to take a chance and try Harbro. Oh my...to think I've bought 37 cars in my lifetime from dealers OTHER than Harbro. After an incredible series of experiences with Harbro I've come to the conclusion I've made 37 mistakes. Harbro was, without doubt, the BEST buying experience I've ever encountered. I was treated like a family friend...it was clear from the first encounter to the last that my satisfaction, and that of my wife, was their number 1 goal. In fact, it was their only goal. And the not only met it--but they exceeded it. If Harbro ever stops selling cars, I'll just have to start walking everywhere because I will NOT buy a car ever again from anywhere else. I can offer no higher recommendation for these folks! More

Harbro certainly earned the privilege of my doing business with them; but I decided my needs were best met in a new car of the same model I have been happy with for the past 12 years, which they did not have in stock. During the weeks I was trying to decide what to do, Harbro never pressured me into getting something I did not feel drawn to. Tim Hare and his son Michael were helpful, cheerful, listened closely to my wants and needs, and looked around on my behalf. I truly believe they pride themselves on helping others rather than using customers to further their own financial ends. Judging from other reviews which I have read here that is a a feeling shared by many others. I would have had every confidence to buy from Harbro, and feel much better about my choice (with their help) to not buy a car with a rebuilt title (offered elsewhere), and to not settle for anything less than the best and safest car I could afford. Perhaps one day I will be back to Harbro and buy from them. Bill Benson More
