got me moving again!! I was in need of another car and my current truck was in no condition to trade in. I was looking for another truck but with an upcoming wedding money I was in need of another car and my current truck was in no condition to trade in. I was looking for another truck but with an upcoming wedding money is kinda tight. Met a sales rep named Rick who asked what i was looking for and what i did not want. I explained my situation and what i was looking to pay. Rick showed me a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT. Not something im used to but was a nice looking car. Rick then turned me over to his GM Dan who helped me not only get the car but worked hard and kept me with in my price range i was looking for. Both Rick And Dan we very helpful and gave me a great experience. They got me moving again and with no hassle and in a very few days. very very happy i chose to shop at harbro for my new car. More

Dan communicated with us to get the items completed. Even when we changed our mind on the car we had selected, they were so accomodating. We wish we had started purchasing from them sooner!!!! Prior to going to Harbro, my husband and i had been car shopping for about 4 weeks. We went to all the "larger" dealerships in the area. Nothing ever felt right. We were subjected to every form of treatment you could imagine....all negative. We had bought a car from Harbro about 9 years ago and decided to go back and give it a try. I did a lot of the footwork on line and Dan contacted me within minutes to set some time up for us to come in. We arrived on a Saturday morning and Dan was quite busy, but he never let us know it. Made us feel like we were his top priority from the very beginning. After test driving about 1/2 the cars on his lot, we finally sat down when we had narrowed it down to our top three. It was during this sit down that Dan, single handedly, redefined 'car salesman' for me. He let me buy a car. He DID NOT try and sell me a car. Anyone who had gone through this process knows....there is a big difference!! Start to finish, from that original sit down, to having keys in hand, it took exactly 1 week. My husband and I left there agreeing that we will go to Harbro for every vehicle we purchase for ourselves and our children. I cannot recommend them enough!! They redefine service. More

If you get aggrivated because you can't schedule your appointment for a week out, trust me it's worth the wait!! Plus, isn't it great to hear of a small local family run business, so busy during today's economy? Brings a big smile to my face because this place works extremely hard to make sure every customer experience is top notch. My boyfriend says everytime I come home from there I am happy that I serviced my car with them and impressed each time. I doubt you'll find another trustworthy dealership and service department like this anywhere.... Glad I found this gem! More
