The service manager asked a technician, John, to check it out for me. Within 10 minutes he had checked ALL my tires & added air! (Turns out they were set too low!) No charge! Friendly service! Love these guys! Thanks so much for the continued great service! Oh & we LOVE our Kia Forte! We were die hard Toyota owners, but no reservations whatsoever about our Kia purchase from Harbro two years ago! Great car! We like it even more than you assured us we would! :) More

The entire process starting with making the appointment, by telephone or just stopping in, right through delivery of service is top notch. John, the service advisor is very accommodating and goes above and beyond when it comes to satisfying all requests. I recently lost a hubcap. John took the time to not only look online for a replacement but while I waited for the service to be completed on my car, he located one very close by for a reasonable price. I am so very pleased with all the aspects of this dealership. And am very happy to do business with and recommend HarBro to friends and family. More

I purchased a 2006 Nissan Murano and I am so happy with my decision. Ethan Rawson was incredible from the start! He is everything you want in a car salesman. He did not push me to purchase the car, he wanted to make sure I loved everything about it first and that it would be affordable for me. He took the time to sit and go through all the different payment options for me and we found one that would fit my budget. I had many visits into Harbro before deciding to purchase the vehicle and his patience and guidance was very much appreciated. He explained everything throughout the whole process and was very trustworthy. The only issue I had with the vehicle was addressed and fixed right away and I have had no further problems since. I highly recommend the Harbro team for anyone looking to purchase a used car. My experience was very rewarding and I am so glad I gave them a shot. I suggest you do the same! More

Review of Harbro Auto I'm not typically a fan of the car-buying experience, however, Harbro changed that for me. They'd been recommended to me by my sister and brother-in-law who'd had a great experience with them and I was not disappointed. Their easy manner plus their knowledge & experience with Jeeps (the make I was leaning towards in my search) immediately made me comfortable with them. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I was interested in was not yet in their lot, but they kept me updated on the progress. Due to my own procrastination - I needed a vehicle for winter driving - I was up against the clock a bit, hoping winter in New England would hold off just long enough as my current vehicle was terrible in the snow. They put my mind at ease, letting me know that I could use a loaner if Mother Nature had a different schedule! Dave and Mark are fair and truly customer-oriented. I'm a young female so its daunting to think of doing this process alone. All the people here make you feel totally at ease. There is no pressure and you don't feel like you are getting bamboozled. I have purchased two used cars from them. Well, three to be exact. The second car I purchased I wasn't completely happy with; it just wasn't my style. So they worked with me to find me new car and I switched, no hassle, no questions asked. Where else can you exchange a car purchase? That's why I go to them! I know if I'm not completely happy they will make sure to change that. They care about people. Everyone I have worked with is great, from sales to service. They all go above and beyond to take care of everything for me. I will continue to buy from them and recommend them to everyone I know. More
